The establishment congress of SJA Gemstone Association for the term 2020-2025 under the Ho Chi Minh City Jewelry Association was held one afternoon, on October 25, 2020 at Palace Hotel Saigon from 4:00 to 17:00.
In order to contribute to the success of the Meeting, the AGOC recommends that you perform the following requirements:
1. Delegates attending the meeting must be members who have a direct invitation letter from the Organizing Committee, present at Palace Saigon Hotel 15 minutes prior to the time stated in the invitation letter. Receive documents and stabilize seats for the Meeting to open on time.
2. Delegates focus on studying documents released by the Organizing Committee to participate in contributing ideas during the Congress under the direction of the Presidium of the Congress. The content of speech did not overlap lasted, each opinion spoke at the meeting from 2-3 minutes. Delegates speaking at the Hall must register with the Presidium and the Secretary of the delegation.
3. Cell phone sound in vibrate mode, be polite when listening and answering the phone during congress working, do not smoke in the hall.
4. During the time of the meeting, if the delegates have unexpected work and do not continue to attend the meeting, they should report to the Congress Organizing Committee.
5. If the meeting has something to discuss related to the work of the meeting, please meet in person or send a letter to the Secretariat of the Congress to report to the Presidium for consideration and settlement.
6. Dress with polite white shirts and pants during the meeting.
7. The form of affirmative voting and election is holding up the membership card. This rule has been approved by the Preparatory Conference of the SJA Gemstone Association.
